Accessing course history

To access course history

The following is the procedure the logged in user needs to perform to access his or her own course history.

  1. After logging in, click the “My account” link to display your personal information.

  2. Click the “History of course” link to display your own course history list.

  3. You can access more detailed information about a course history entry by clicking the “Details” link for that entry on the course history list.


To access the course history of a person to check

The following is the procedure the checker needs to do to access the course history of a person to check.

  1. After logging in, click the “Course check > Course history of person being checked” menu to display the course history list of the person being checked.

  2. You can access more detailed information about a course history entry by clicking the “Details” link for that entry on the course history list.


Conditions governing course history access

A course history entry is created by the course manager after the course is complete. Because of this, a course history entry can be accessed by the participant or checker only after it is created by the course manager.


Course e-learning

The following is the procedure to access e-learning history.

  1. Display the course history details screen.

  2. Click the content name link to the right of the “e-learning history” field.

  3. Clicking the content name displays a progress details screen that shows the e-learning history.


Course test

When a course test is submitted either during or after the course, the details of the test result can be checked from the course history.

  1. Display the course history details screen.

  2. Click the test name link to the right of the “Test answer” field.

  3. Clicking the test name displays a test history screen that shows the result of test.

Attention

The test name link will not be displayed if there are no test answers.


Course survey

When a course survey is distributed either during or after the course, the details of the survey responses can be checked from the course history.

  1. Survey responses can be viewed on the course history details screen.

  2. Click the survey name link to the right of the “Survey response” field.

  3. Clicking the survey name displays a survey response screen that shows the responses of the participant.

Attention

The survey name link will not be displayed if there are no survey responses.


Course assignment

The following is the procedure to access assignment score.

  1. Display the course history details screen.

  2. Click the assignment name link to the right of the “Assignment score” field.

  3. Clicking the assignment name displays a confirm Score of report screen that shows the score of the assignment.

Attention

You cannot confirm the survey score if it doesn’t open.


To Issue of attendance certificate

The following is the procedure to issue a certificate of attendance.

  1. After logging in, click the menu “Application status” and display the list of courses.

  2. By clicking the “issue certificate” button of the target training from the “certificate of attendance”, a certificate of attendance will be issued.

Attention

A list of attendance certificate is displayed when attendance certificate is registered for training. Once all of the training materials are completed, you will be able to issue a certificate of attendance for that course.

Attention

If the popup is displayed after clicking the “Certificate Issuance” button, please enter the information according to the message. The entered information is embedded in the attendance certificate. Since you can not change the information you entered once, please input it carefully.
