Accessing operation log¶
About operation log¶
Operation log contains 6 kinds of log [“Login”,”Logout”,”Login error”,”Too many login”,”Reset password”, and “Send mail”].
“Too many login” is logged, when the user attempts to login over the contracted number of simultaneous logins.
“Reset password” is logged, when resetting a password is completed. (Not when that is requested.)
To access operation log¶
The following is the procedure for accessing operation log.
Log in with system administrator rights.
On the menu, click “System management > Operation log > Operation log” to display the accessing operation log screen.

Method for downloading access logs¶
Please find below the method for downloading access logs.
Log in with priviledges of system administrator.
Click “Operation Administration > Operation Logs > Access Logs” of the menu, in order to show the screen “Download access logs.”
Click the button “Download” in order to download access logs.
About specifying a period¶
The following is the example for specifying a period.
Inputting “2010/05/31” into the starting date form means that the date being specified “2010/05/31 00:00:00”.
Inputting “2010/05/31” into the ending date form means that the period being specified “2010/06/01 00:00:00”.
Therefore,getting all the operation log of “2010/05/31”, you have to input “2010/05/31” into the both of forms.
About send mail log¶
When the “Action” is “Send mail”, you click the [Send mail] link and you can access the email log screen.
