Accessing progress status

To access progress status (person to check)

The following is the procedure for accessing the progress status of a person to check.

  1. After logging in, click the “Person to check/Organization leader > Progress status details ” menu to display the course progress status list.

  2. If you are an organization leader, select the “Display participants in organization to be checked” check box to display the course progress status list of people to check.

  3. Clicking on the “Details” links of each course displays details of the progress status.

Attention

Progress status can be checked only if users targeted for checking exist.

Hint

You do not need to select the “Display participants in organization to be checked” check box if you are not an organization leader.

Note

“Incomplete course exists” will be displayed if a user has not completed a single “e-learning” lesson, “Incomplete exists” will be displayed if a user has not taken a single test, and “Unsubmitted surveys exist” will be displayed if a user has not submitted a single survey.


To access progress status (organization personnel)

The following is the procedure for accessing the progress status of organization personnel.

  1. After logging in as an organization leader, click the “Person to check/Organization leader > Progress status details” menu to display the course progress status list of the organization personnel.

Note

The progress status list shows courses taken by the personnel who work under the organization leader and those taken by the organization leaders one rank below.

Attention

Only organization leaders will be able to access organization personnel progress status information.


To specify an organization and access the progress status of its personnel

When there are sub-organizations under the organization headed by an organization leader, the organization leader can specify a sub-organization below and access the progress status of personnel in that sub-organization. The following is the procedure for accessing a specified organization and accessing the progress status of its personnel.

  1. After logging in as an organization leader, click the “Person to check/Organization leader > Progress status details” menu to display the course progress status list of the organization personnel.

  2. On the organization tree, select the sub-organization whose progress status you want to access and click the sub-organization name to display a list of the progress status of all of the personnel in that sub-organization.

Hint

If there is one or more sub-organizations in an organization, clicking the [+] button to the left of the organization name will expand the selection to show them.
