By Accessing schedule of sending email, we can get a information of emails that will be send by system. All of email that registered in each of e-Learning, examination, survey, assignments will display.


Accessing schedule of sending email

The following is the procedure for accessing schedule of sending email.

  1. Log in with system administrator rights.

  2. On the menu, click “System management > Schedule of sending email” to display the accessing schedule of sending email screen.


About specifying a period

The following is the example for specifying a period of shceduled transmission time.

  • Inputting “2010/05/31” into the starting date form means that the date being specified “2010/05/31 00:00:00”.

  • Inputting “2010/05/31” into the ending date form means that the period being specified “2010/06/01 00:00:00”.

  • Therefore,getting all the operation log of “2010/05/31”, you have to input “2010/05/31” into the both of forms.

Attention

Holding period of learning materials that have been registered has become a “manually start and end”, and does not send date and time become a “direct designation” e-mail, will be displayed as “unspecified” to the Scheduled sending time. These mail won’t be display in the search result.
